It’s our second trip of the year. The four of us are spending the night in Huntsville before setting off on a 3 day paddle in Algonquin Provincial Park.
Our drive north began with a brief sunshower, until a menacing cloud quickly blanketed the sky in black. This was followed by a torrential downpour that brought our speed to a crawl. It didn’t last, as you can see in the pic above. The sunset is a sign of great weather ahead. As they say….
“Red sky at night; Sailor’s delight. Red sky in the morning; Sailor’s warning.”
